— Founder's note
— The Concept

A private rendezvous of Italian bridal craft.

The Bridal Event is not a fair, not a runway. It is an unhurried weekend in the Tuscan countryside, where the brides of tomorrow meet the artisans shaping their most photographed day. Atelier-led fittings. Master classes from florists who dress the altars of Florence. Long dinners under olive trees.

Each edition gathers no more than 120 invited guests — couples, mothers, wedding planners, journalists — alongside twelve designers chosen for the integrity of their craft.

Before you arrive

Is this event open to the public?
No. The Bridal Event is strictly by invitation. We accept a limited number of requests each season — couples planning their wedding within 18 months, wedding planners with a confirmed roster, and accredited bridal press.
What is included in the invitation?
All meals across the three days (welcome aperitivo, two long-table dinners, two lunches, daily breakfast), access to the full programme of fittings and presentations, and one private consultation slot with an atelier of your choice. Accommodation and travel are arranged separately.
Can I bring a partner or family member?
Couples are welcomed as a pair. Additional family members (such as mothers or sisters) may be requested in the RSVP note — we accommodate where the seating allows.
Where do guests stay?
A limited number of rooms are available on the estate, allocated by the host committee. Most guests stay at our partner hotels in Siena (12 minutes by car), with a complimentary shuttle running throughout the weekend.
Is there a dress code?
Garden chic during the day — light fabrics, flat shoes for the gravel paths. The Saturday cena di gala is black tie. Sunday brunch is intentionally relaxed.
How are atelier appointments scheduled?
After your RSVP is confirmed, you receive a digital schedule three weeks before the event. You may pre-select up to three atelier; the host committee confirms based on availability and your indicated wedding date.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand wedding planning rarely runs to schedule. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event are released without consequence. Within 30 days, we ask you nominate someone to take your place where possible.
